Our property is located in Palaia, a small ancient village pearched on the top of green hills right in the heart of Tuscany . Conveniently located, Palaia is the ideal spot to start several interesting daily trips to Florence, Lucca, Pisa and to the see; just walking distance to several shops, pizzerie and restaurants as well as the medieval parish church La Pieve. You will find a free of charge parking lot just a few steps from our building.
Our self catering apartment is situated on the 2^nd floor of an ancient building which integrates an historical chapel which belonged to a noble family from the region. It is comfortably furnished in the typical Tuscan countryside style and can accommodate up to 3/4 guests (approx 70 m2).

The floorplan features a sitting room with satellite TV, DVD-player, a fireplace as well as 2 bedrooms.
The larger bedroom has a with king-size bed (180x200cm) and offers a beautiful view over the valley and the Pieve. The smaller gallery bedroom has a single bed and a pull-out bed stored underneath (80x190cm) and can accommodate either two children or an adult. You access this bedroom through a small wood staircase. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop (gas and electric stove) and an oven as well as a bathroom with shower/small bath tub (150x70 cm), bidet and hair-dryer. Complimentary bath towels and bed sheets are available.
